application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do
not use our services.

refers to our delivery app and website, operated by Onyva services
Inc.
- "User"
refers to any individual or entity using our services, including
customers, couriers, and partners.
- "Services"
include grocery delivery, courier services, and partner store
integrations.
- "Partner"
refers to vendors or stores supplying products through our platform.
2. Use of Services
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Onyva services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these terms.
3. Ordering and
Delivery
When placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
- Review product details, prices, and availability before confirming
your order.
- Accept that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to
traffic, weather, or other factors.
- Inspect delivered items upon receipt and report any issues within 24
hours.
Onyva services is not responsible for delays or issues caused by
incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Payments
All payments for orders must be made through
our secure payment gateway. You agree to:
- Pay the total amount, including product prices, delivery fees, and
applicable taxes.
- Use a valid payment method accepted by Onyva services (e.g.,
credit/debit cards, digital wallets).
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the order amount.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional discounts
or offers are applied at our discretion.
5. Refunds and
Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policies are as
follows:
- You may cancel an order before it is processed for delivery.
Cancellations after processing may incur a fee.
- Refunds for damaged, incorrect, or missing items will be processed
within 5-7 business days, provided the issue is reported within 24
hours of delivery.
- Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days, subject to
inspection.
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce) are non-returnable unless
damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Onyva services
reserves the right to refuse refunds for misuse or fraudulent claims.
6. Courier and
Partner Responsibilities
If you are a courier or partner, you agree
to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including traffic and food safety
regulations (for couriers).
- Provide accurate product information and maintain inventory levels
(for partners).
- Treat customers and other users with respect and professionalism.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm Onyva services’s
reputation.
Onyva services may terminate partnerships or courier agreements for
non-compliance with these terms.
7. Limitation of
Liability
Onyva services is not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by user errors, such as incorrect delivery
addresses.
- Delays or issues due to force majeure events (e.g., natural
disasters, strikes).
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our
services.
Our liability is limited to the order amount paid by the user.
8. Intellectual
Property
All content on our website and app, including logos, text, images, and
software, is owned by Onyva services or its licensors. You may not
reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written
consent.
9. Privacy Policy

outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination
Onyva services may terminate or suspend your access to our services at
any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or harms

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising
from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Uganda
12. Changes to Terms
Onyva services may update these terms at any time. We will notify users
of significant changes via email or through our app/website. Continued
use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated
terms.
